Troubleshooting (under construction)

1. Check for timely JMARS news/announcements first.

2. Try: Relaunch JMARS

3. If you see a black & white or red & black box of checkerboard patterns, it might have been a software update and will be fixed soon. Sometimes, clicking on the hand tool and nudging the image a bit deletes the squares.

4. If things don't seem to be working, check to see if the curser tool (arrow) is selected.

5. Try: Reread direction page.
